What the service is

Information about U.S. PERM labor certification processing, drawn from data the Department of Labor publishes, and estimates computed from it. Track My PERM is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor or any government agency. Estimates come from DOL's published data and are not legal advice or a guarantee; ask your immigration attorney about your case.

Estimates

Estimates describe how DOL has processed cases in the past. DOL can change its pace, its procedures or its forms at any time, and an individual case can be audited or delayed for reasons the data doesn't show. Don't make job, travel or immigration decisions on an estimate alone.

Use

The service is free. Don't use it to overload the servers, to scrape it at volume, or for anything unlawful. We may change or stop the service at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Wikivec Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
