About Track My PERM
Track My PERM is a free tool for people waiting on a PERM labor certification. It turns the U.S. Department of Labor's published processing data into a plain answer: where your case is in DOL's line, and when a decision is likely. It works on this website and inside Claude and ChatGPT.
Who runs it
Wikivec Inc., a Delaware company (1111B S Governors Ave STE 7867, Dover, DE 19904, United States). Questions and corrections: support@wikivec.com. We are not a law firm and not affiliated with DOL or any government agency.
Where the data comes from
- DOL's FLAG processing-times page (flag.dol.gov/processingtimes), read after DOL updates it in the first week of each month. 31 updates since November 2023, the earlier ones from the Internet Archive's copies. Latest: Oct 5, 2026.
- DOL's PERM disclosure files (OFLC performance data), published quarterly: 259,489 cases decided Oct 1, 2024 to Jun 30, 2026. We use case dates, outcomes, employer names, occupations, worksite states and offered wages. We never read or publish the names or contact details of people in the files, and we leave out employers of live-in household workers.
- We don't look up individual cases. DOL's case status search is protected against automated use, and we respect that.
How the estimates are tested
Every estimate was checked against what DOL actually did: from each FLAG update since November 2023, we projected forward and compared with the real decision dates in DOL's own files. One month out, 17 of 19 windows held the actual decision; three months out, 12 of 18; further out, about half. That's why every answer says how firm it is. The full method is on the processing times page.
What it isn't
Track My PERM is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor or any government agency. Estimates come from DOL's published data and are not legal advice or a guarantee; ask your immigration attorney about your case.
