Case Watch
DOL updates its PERM processing times once a month. Case Watch reads every update for you and emails you what it means for your case: your new estimate, the day DOL reaches your filing month, and what to do if it passes you by. Right now DOL is reviewing December 2025 filings (as of Oct 5, 2026).
Already know your filing date? Start from the estimator and your case is filled in for you. Otherwise start here and add it from the link in your first email.

Questions
- What do the emails say?
- After each DOL processing-times update (usually the first week of the month) you get where DOL is, how far your filing date is behind it, and your updated decision window with how firm it is. When DOL reaches your filing month you get an alert. If DOL passes your month by more than three months, the email says how to ask DOL's helpdesk for a status.
- How long does it run?
- Until you mark your PERM decided, or 18 months. If you're still at the prevailing wage step, it starts there and switches to your PERM when you add its filing date or case number.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You pay with Stripe, and every email has a private link where you can change your case, mark it decided or stop the emails.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If it isn't useful, email support@wikivec.com within 30 days of paying for a full refund.
- Does it check my case status at DOL?
- No. DOL's case status search is protected against automated use and we respect that. Case Watch works from DOL's published processing times, which is what decides when your case's turn comes.
